Jamill Cooper, President & Founder of Leverage Accounting LLC, hails from "The Garden State", New Jersey. Since his childhood, he always has been eager to understand the workings of financial responsibility and business acumen. Read more about his story here. It was his life story and a conversation with a friend – that lead to him developing a passion for accounting.

He decided to attend Union County College where he graduated with an Associates in Business. Determined to finish what he started, Jamill completed his undergraduate level of education at Rider University. He served on the board of several organizations (The Strategic Gaming Club, Institute of Management Accounting, and Rider University Aspiring Accounting Professional Program) as a Treasurer and a Learning Coach, respectively.

Since completing college, Jamill has had the pleasure of working in various industries in the accounting world (such as Audit, Bookkeeping, and Tax). Currently, he holds a fulltime position as a Staff Accountant and is planning to become a Certified Public Accountant. This Accountant endeavors to provide quality, efficient, effective, and strategic accounting and business consultation services to his clients.
